Your might be wondering "What's a Hillerod?". We were in Copenhagen and I looked in the tour book to see when the place we were going the next day opened. "Closed Mondays". So I looked and looked for an alternative, and we ended up going to Hillerod for the Fredricksborg Castle. Good choice. It's located in the middle of three lakes with beautiful gardens all around.
